It has been crazy busy my side so I do apologise for the lack of posts. I realised the other day that I haven’t really shown you much of my China Glaze polishes so I thought I would share some of them with you today.
China Glaze – Bump in the Night
Bump in the night is a black texture from the Monsters Ball halloween 2013 collection. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I have been lusting after this one for ages and I am so glad I finally got it. It’s stunning and the possibilities are endless.
China Glaze – Electra Magenta
Electra Magenta is from the Tronica collection. It’s a purple/pink magenta colour with a scattered holo. Absolutely gorgeous. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. The holo didn’t pick up as beautifully in the light box so it is a little more obvious than it appears here.
China Glaze – Techno Teal
Techno Teal is the teal version of Electra Magenta. Also from the Tronica collection. I absolutely adore the colour and the holo is just a huge bonus. Again, the holo didn’t show up too much on these photos but it’s stunning! This is 2 coats with no topcoat.
China Glaze – Jungle Queen
Jungle queen is a dusty purple/grey with a subtle purple shimmer. Absolutely stunning. This is 2 coats with no topcoat and from the On Safari collection. I loved this one much much more than I thought I would.
China Glaze – Purr-fect Plum
Purr-fect Plum is also from the On Safari collection. It’s a deep plum creme. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I think this is the perfect autumn/winter colour but I also know I could easily wear this all year round.
China Glaze – Some like it Haute
Some like it Haute is from the Eye Candy collection. It’s a grey / black base with tons of glitter. Small black and silver glitter with a larger holo glitter. It looks amazing! It’s super shiny and blingy. This is 3 coats with no topcoat.
China Glaze – Material Girl
Material Girl is a little more pink than it appears on the photos. Also from the Eye Candy collection. This is a dense pink glitter bomb. Absolutely gorgeous and it doesn’t need undies at all. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I am not sure if a third coat would have made the colour appear a little more pink but in real life it almost has a rose gold tinge to it. Which is why I suspect the camera struggled a little with it.
China Glaze – L8R G8R
L8R G8R is from the OMG collection. It’s a green – almost lime green – holo. It’s a stunning polish that looks gorgeous for summer. The holo looks really subtle in these photos in the light box but it is definitely still noticeable. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I can say that topcoat did not affect the holo at all. Here is a photo of it in the sun.
China Glaze – Stone Cold
Stone Cold is from the Capitol Colors (Hunger Games) collection. It’s a grey matte with a stack of silver shimmer. This might be my favourite polish of all time. Application is amazing and it is smooth and easy to work with. Love love love. This is 2 coats with no topcoat. With topcoat the base appears darker so it will look more charcoal / black with shimmer.
What do you think of these? Any of them making it onto your wish list? Let me know what you think and which you love.
Thanks for reading!
