Blue and grey skittle

Hi lovelies,

I haven’t been this happy to see a Friday in a long time!  I know I am happy it’s weekend and I am sure you are too? Have any plans?

I don’t often do skittles.  I mostly feel like I don’t have the creativity to do cohesive skittles that still look good as well.  Then I had these 3 colours standing together and I suddenly realised they would look pretty well together.  And here we are with a skittle 🙂

Let me show you.

I started off with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Cool gray on my pinky and thumb and 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Sugar rush on my middle and index and left that to dry.  I then used 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Ice dream on my ring finger.  When everything was perfectly dry I added striping tape to my index finger and then applied Sinful Colors – Cool gray over that and removed the tape immediately.  On my middle finger I used Sinful Colors – Cool gray and a dotting tool to make medium sized dots.  I top coated everything and done.  (On my thumb, which isn’t visible, I did dots over the grey with Sinful Colors – Sugar rush)

Here are the colours I used

Sinful Colors – Cool gray

This is 2 coats with no topcoat. This light grey creme has a beautiful formula and fantastic opacity.  It’s not even streaky.

Sinful Colors – Ice dream

This is 2 coats with no topcoat. This is a silver glitter with light blue glitter.  Looking at the photo I could’ve added a third coat.  I get great coverage from this glitter.  It is a little bit gritty when it dries on it’s own but with one coat of topcoat it is super smooth.

Sinful Colors – Sugar rush

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  A light blue creme with great formula and opacity.
