Hi lovelies,
How has your week been? Goodness me but it has been hot. I thought yesterday was the end of times! We still went to zumba though which might just be crazy!
I really like doing ‘occasion’ nail art like valentines, christmas or easter but I often get stuck for ideas because it is sometimes a bit limiting. Especially when it comes to colour schemes. So I really wanted to do something a little different but still valentine. Let me show you
I really hope my train of thought translates well. I wan’t a little abstract, a little different. I started with 2 coats of OPI – Push and shove and left that to dry completely. Then I used the french tip guides at the cuticle with Revlon – Chalkboard duo black to make the ruffian. Once the black was dry I used OPI – Push and shove again with Pueen41 to stamp the different heart shapes on the black. I didn’t topcoat because I really liked the chrome against the matte black. Unfortunately, the stamping also came off much easier and I didn’t notice the image on my index had lost a little piece of the big heart. I only noticed it once I went through the photos. In the end I thought it added to the abstract feel 😛
What do you think? 😉
Thanks for reading,
