I am so enjoying this Blogger of the Month series and all the amazing guest posts. Not to mention the hilarious and interesting answers to the questions. I hope you are enjoying them as well. I am handing over to Briget from Because I can….
This is all very posh isn’t it? Guest posting – and to be more specific, doing a guest post for the lovely Michelle. I almost feel like I should Behave!!!
*puts pants back on*
It is impossible to behave when it comes to polish though, I know you know what I mean.
The lady at our clicks knows me already and just waves me through like a VIP as I walk in. And does not even bat an eyelid if I plop myself on the floor in front of a display as I carefully go through the contents.
So the task at hand today is to show you something new or of interest. Very daunting as I am sure you have all seen it all or done it all. But I shall try to bedazzle you nonetheless.
For this, I embraced my inner geek and used BM 401 & BM 415 stamp plates.
The colours used was:
- Nubar Noir
- OPI Gargantuan Green Grape
- Essence Upper Green Side
- Essence party never ends
As you can see, I tried a new effect on my thumb where I circled the nail with OPI Gargantuan Green Grape. This is something I saw a lot of recently while watching Naildit and let me tell you, it is a lot harder to freehand than it looks!! Hahahaha.
The index and ring finger was simple binary and circuit board stamping over the Nubar Noir. But since the OPI Gargantuan Grape did not stamp as well as I would like it to, I used the Essence Upper Green Side and it came out lovely!
The middle finger was just cementing my obvious LOVE for GEEKS, in case no one was aware of course, and the pinky finger was there to RAZMATAZZ you with some bling over the Nubar Noir with Essence Party Never Ends.
The Razmatazz is very important as a distraction in case the rest of the nail art was just too boring for some.
I hope you like it as much as I do!!
Thank you all so much for listening to me ramble on and I shall be back soon with another installation!
And of course a very BIG thanks to Michelle for understanding my need to blog without pants on. Much appreciated indeed . *kisses*
Don’t you just love that!?!?! B I think you nailed this a hundred times over. I heart Geeks so much too 😀
Oh and PS…there is always no pants blogging happening here, you’ll fit right in 😉 Thank you so so much!
