Happy Monday! I hope the weekend treated you well. While you are reading this I am still galavanting with my family. Little later though, I will have the Blogger of the Month guest post for you and it is AWESOME!!
Today is the start of week 3 of the #PPSANailChallenge. I have really been enjoying seeing everyones take on the different prompts and all the stunning nail art. Today’s prompt is a doozy though. Traffic!!!!! Here are the prompts so you know what you have to look forward to.
Right, back to traffic. At first I thought “Oh how interesting and fun” and then I thought “Which sadist came up with this???” *Glares at B*. This is another occasion where I had grand ideas in my head but my hands could just not come to the party. So instead, I give you my attempt at ‘Traffic”.
Let’s take it finger by finger shall we? On my index I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white. I then used my big dotter to make the traffic light. The red is Essence – Fame fatal, The orange/yellow is Sinful Colors – Anchors away and the green is Essence – Beijos de Brazil. On my middle finger I made the traffic cone. Poor chap. I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white and then using tape, I did the triangle with Essence – Flashy pumpkin. On my ring finger I started with 2 coats of Essence – Black is back and then used my chevron vinyls. I then added Sinful Colors – Anchors away over that and immediately removed the vinyls. This is for the chevroned boards on the side of the road. On my pinky I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white and then stamped using Born pretty Store stamping polish in black and W206. This looked like tyre tracks to me so I totally went with it. I topcoated everything and that was traffic done.
I know for a fact there are some amazing traffic goodies coming up so check out the InLinkz goodie below. Remember the prompts are open for the whole week so more will be added during the week.
What do you think of my traffic inspired uhm…..look? I would LOVE to hear what you would’ve done with todays prompt?
Thanks for reading,
