Water spotted twinsie nail art with Juanita

Hi lovelies,

It’s downhill to the weekend now.  Can you believe it?  By the time you read this I will be busy getting my tattoo.  I am a little nervous this time around…..

It’s time for the monthly twinsie nail art with Juanita.  Let me tell you though, she kicked my butt this time!!  In a big way.  I have NO doubt that she is kicking my butt today and rocking it all the way to the end.

The guidelines for this month were: water spotted, light blue base and either red or green.  Yeah, I could tell already this wasn’t going to end well.  Let me show you what I did.

I started with a base of Nubar – Baby blue – 2 coats.  Once this was completely dry I prepped my nails for the water spotted water marble.  I decided to use Essence – Fame fatal.  I do realise this did not come out very well at all.  I was busy with this for 6 hours!!! 6 very long hours of trying a number of different things and colours.  By the time I reached this point I was just happy to something on my nails.  I then topcoated and called it a (very long) day.
