Hi lovelies,
I have been having the worst luck lately and I am sure you have noticed I have been missing in action. I have had some technical issues with the blog and it has been down for days. I don’t know if it is going to stay up for good right now but I am hoping so. I will be posting all the posts that were due but I will also be backdating them.
Today’s prompt for #31DC2015 took me forever to do. I did quite a few different things too. The struggle is real! You can follow everyone taking part by using the #31DC2015. I am going to be keeping my posts short and sweet throughout the challenge so that it means more time to get cracking with the prompts 😉 Here are the prompts for this year.
Right, I did quite a few different designs for this post but finally settle on this one purely because I was over it and running out of time. Let me show you what I did.
I started with 2 coats of Color Club – Baldwin blues on all my nails. Once that was completely dry I stamped using China Glaze – Passion and BM711. I then topcoated and called it a day. I am not sure why my index came out a little weird. I didn’t notice it in real life but it is pretty obvious in my photos. Either way, I really did like the gold on the dark dusty blue.
You can see my 31DC2014 version of Day 5 here.
What do you think about this? Does the gold stamping work? Are you doing the challenge? I’d love to know if you are, drop a comment so I can check it out.
Thanks for reading,
Joyce
As simple as this may look, I LOVE it!
The blue and the gold are perfect together and any embellishments would be too much… awesome manire!
