Hello lovelies,
Happy Friday! This week just flew by. Has yours been good? Doing anything fun this weekend? I have lots of nail stuffs on my to-do list but I am also feeling super lazy so I am unsure yet what will happen :P.
It’s time for another Friday Triad with Juanita and Joyce . So once a month we will make turns choosing someones nail art to use as inspiration for this post. You can look forward to these posts on the last friday of each month. This month it was Joyce’s turn to choose and I just love that she chose something simple but gorgeous and could be translated in multiple ways. She chose this look from @eivi_nails on instagram. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Adore on my ring finger and 2 coats of Dollish Polish – The Elizabeth Dane on the rest of my nails and let that dry completely. I then stamped on my index and middle nail using China Glaze – Adore and Lina – Feeling Shapely 06. I topcoated and that was literally that.
I actually really liked this. I am not sure if it works with the inspiration but I was completely inspired by it. I love the soft light colours and the chrome. The reason I chose The Elizabeth Dane as my base is before it has this shimmer in it that really matches the chrome so well. It doesn’t show up well in my photos but it really highlights it with the chrome stamping. Let me give you a closer look
What do you think? Does it work? I really love the original and I hope you can tell it inspired me. Don’t forget to check out Joyce and Juanita, as I am sure they are knocking it out of the park again this month. Have a terrific weekend and I will see you on the other side!
Thanks for reading,
Joyce
Ohhhh… you picked a perfect combination!! The base, the chrome, the image… it definitely works. Love it!!

You’re too kind! I liked it well enough until I saw the magic you and Juanita created 😛
Juanita
Oh so pretty. That shimmer is stunning. You did great with this…. although I’m missing a french? 😀

Hahahaha dangit! Joyce caught me when she said she doesn’t think she’ll do it. I wasn’t really a fan of the thin French but after seeing yours and hers I am so sad I didn’t at least try it. You both rocked it OUT!
