Hi lovelies,
Did you have a good weekend? I actually have something so cute and exciting to show you but I was too busy doing nothing on the weekend to finish the post and I would’ve done it this morning but of course, something came up. As you are reading this I will be outside fixing our fence where the dogs have gotten out…..again. We have this big forest behind us and yesterday they were working there and just irritated our dogs no end. Of course, during the night they got out exactly where the guys were working. So annoying. They keep killing the grass joining our fence so the ground is eroding and is now lower than the actual fence. Usually the dogs don’t really hang around there but because of the activity they sniffed it out in no time. Woe is me 🙁 Hopefully we can get it sorted quick. And without breaking any nails (I’m not holding out much hope here). Anyway, enough of my whining, onto the nails 🙂
When my bestie’s son (also my friend 😉 ) went on a European tour earlier in the year, he spoilt me rotten with polish. He got me 3 polishes from H&M (yay!) and I absolutely love them! Let me show you.
H&M – Midnight mystery
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. A beautiful navy creme that was really great to apply. I really like the brush too. It could be a one coater but I always use at least 2. It is such a gorgeous colour and also perfect for the winter months ahead. Love it.
H&M – Stay golden
Stay golden is a gold glitter topper. This is one coat over Midnight mystery. This glitter applied SO well. I did not have to place or move or spread anything. It just applied like a normal polish and the glitter spread is perfect. I am not the biggest glitter fan in the world but this is just such a gorgeous glitter.
H&M – Spotty
Don’t you just love this. It is very similar to the ‘speckled egg’ polishes. This is 3 coats with no topcoat. A beautiful light grey base with micro and larger black glitter. It really applied so well and it was nice and thin so 3 coats was easy peasy. I am actually SO in love with this. It will really go with everything. In love!

I didn’t know that H&M had polish, but I suppose it’s not surprising…they have everything, right? 😉
What nice picks he made! Who doesn’t love a good navy (matches everything, dark without being black) or a good gold glitter (party time!)? And Spotted is interesting…I’ve seen those types of polishes, but never really this combination.
