31DC2014 Day 04: Green nails

Hi lovelies,

No double post today!  Yay!

When the green prompt comes along you know you have to use one of the most gorgeous green polishes you own….

Nubar – Greener

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  A beautiful emerald green packed with green shimmer.  Isn’t it just beautiful?  So what do I do with it?  Combine it with another utterly gorgeous green of course!

Nubar – Reclaim

This is 2 coats with no topcoat. Beautiful green holo.  This photo was taken in my lightbox and we all know that holo is best in the sun right?  Well  you can see the holo beauty in the lightbox!  Imagine what it will look like in the sun!  Anyway,  this is what I decided to do with these two beauties!

I started with 2 coats of Nubar – Reclaim on all my nails except my index.  On  my index I started with 2 coats of Nubar – Greener.  Once that was completely dry I taped off my tips at different angles and then applied OPI – Love.Angel.Music.Baby and removed the tape immediately.  Once that was dry I taped again leaving only a small strip of the gold and then added Nubar Greener over the Reclaim and Nubar – Reclaim over the Greener.  Pulling the tape off immediately.  Topcoated and done.
