Hi lovelies,
It’s one week till Christmas eve! Can you believe it? I hope you’re having a great week and not running around in the holiday rush. It’s crazy out there folks!
I was quite fond of the christmas trees I did last year but of course, I had to do something a little different this year. So I thought simple and glittery would do the trick. Let me show you,
Well I did say simple 😛 I started off with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white on all my nails. Once it was completely dry I used tape to tape off little triangles at my tips. I then painted one coat of Essence – Deep sea, baby and immediately a coat of OPI – Fresh frog of bel air. Then I immediately removed the tape and moved onto the next nail. Once I had done them all I topcoated and left that to dry completely. Originally I added a gold start to the ‘top’ of each tree but when I added topcoat the gold came off and made the white yellowish. So I started over and decided to skip the stars.
Essence – Deep sea, baby
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. It is a blackened green creme with a great formula and opacity. I am not really a fan of these blackened colours (because then I may as well wear black) but they are definitely handy in cases like this OR for the colder months. This is really pretty!
What do you think? Do you see Christmas trees? Is this Christmassy?
Thanks for reading,
Candice
So pretty!

Great job getting your triangles all more or less the same! It’s trickier than people might think.
