Hean City Fashion nail polish – #156

It’s double post day!! I kinda like that I have so much awesome stuff to show you that I can double post 😀

I have another beautiful Hean polish to show you from Glamore Cosmetics today. This one is from the City Fashion collection. This range is not available in their store yet but keep your eyes on the store because they will be there soon. And you definitely want to check them out! I have absolutely loved all the Hean polishes I have tried so far and this range is no exception. It also has a little something extra to make it awesome. Wait, let me show you everything.

Hean City Fashion – #156

This is 2 coats with no topcoat. It is a beautiful vibrant red creme. The formula on this is just amazing and like butter. It also dried quite fast. As all the Hean polishes I have tried, it has a super shiny finish too. Fabulous opacity. I did not need more than 2 coats and even the first coat was pretty perfect. I love it! The bonus? You can see on the cap of the bottle that it has a flat brush. Let me show you the brush.

This is the front view, it’s a nice wide brush but not so wide that it is hard to use on smaller nails. It does also fan out really well like the other Hean brushes so if your nails are wider or bigger it will fan out even more.

Side view, see how thin the brush is? I didn’t know if it would make much of a difference but this actually helped with application. The brush ‘holds’ a little less polish than normal which made the application easier with no flooded cuticles or mess. It holds enough polish for application and makes for easy, thin and mess free coats. I really like the brush!

Let me show you some nail art I did using this beautiful red.

This is actually a very simple and easy look but probably one of my favourites. I love polka dots and the combination of red and black polka dots is just perfect to me. Add a little bow and it it just screams retro don’t you think? I started with the base of 2 coats of Hean #156 and when that was completely dry I used Sinful Colors – Black on black to make the polka dots. On my ring finger I added a 3D black bow.
