Hi lovelies,
Another post? Why yes indeed. You must be getting used to it now right 😉
Be prepared because I have a beautiful polish from the “I Love Hean” collection to show you. It is the stunning #809. Let me show you.
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. I used 3 coats but it didn’t need the third coat at all. This applied like a dream! From the first coat it was smooth and even. This is a bright – almost neon – green and these bright shades are known for being slightly troublesome. They either need white undies to make the colour really pop or are chalky and streaky. This is none of that. And just look at that shiny finish. I am not a super green fan. I don’t hate green it’s just not a colour I would gravitate towards first. This one though! I can see myself using it often! I can’t emphasise enough how stunning this polish is. Formula is amazing, opacity is amazing. Not to mention the colour. *swoon*
Don’t forget to keep an eye on NPA-AnonyMiss as she is busy swatching this collection.
Pop over to Glamore cosmetics to grab this one and any other favourite Hean. You can find them here:
As usual, a little nail art….
On my index, middle and pinky I started with a base of 3 coats of Hean #809 and on my ring finger I started with a base of 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white. Once it was dry I went to work with striping tape on my index, middle and pinky. I then filled in the stripes alternating with white, Hean #224 – Lime sorbet and Hean #225 – Mojito madness. On my ring finger I did different size dots using the three greens – Hean #809, Hean #224 – Lime sorbet and Hean #225 – Mojito madness – in a gradient. I then topcoated and that was that. I was so disappointed. Once I was done with the stripes I noticed that the stripes seemed to vary in width. I looked at my striping tape and noticed the tape had pieces that were wider and then narrower and then it got wider again. I am so sad that I didn’t notice it before hand. I hope it isn’t too distracting though and that it at least still looks ok.
What do you think? Isn’t this just a beautiful green? Have you grabbed any Hean polishes yet? Let me know what your picks are / would be.
My weekend officially starts now. Which means I don’t care about dishes piling up or any chores that need to be done. I’m going to get my nail on! What are you up to?
Thanks for reading,

Thanks so much V! I like this green more than some other greens but it’s the nail art that needs the most approval 😉 😛

Ohhhh… when I saw the plain green manicure I immediately liked the green, but your nail art makes me REALLY want it!! *starts to search the web for a shop with international shipping*

Hahahahaha Have you found some Hean? I know it is an international brand so there must be a place that ships to you? Thank you so much for the compliment! 😀

I’m also not a huge green fan. This is a nice one, but not on my “must have” list

I remember you once saying that about almost any blue. I give you a month or two before this goes on your ‘must have’ list 😛
