Hi lovelies,
Happy Wednesday!!! Gosh the rest of the week is going to be a busy one! At least it is downhill to the weekend now. Weekends are awesome right?
I have another stamping plate review from Born Pretty Store. I’ve mentioned before that Born Pretty Store is one of my favourite places to get my nail art supplies. Their stamping plates just get better and better with gorgeous designs. This plate is BP-L 016 an you can find it here (or click on the image)
How gorgeous is this plate? I knew I had to use it first and the ideas just kept coming. So let me show you what I did.
On my pinky I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Cool grey and then added 1 coat of Hean #262 glitter (Which is gorgeous but I will show you that soon). On my ring and middle I did a gradient using Sinful Colors – Cool gray and China Glaze – Dance baby. On my ring finger I then stamped using the image in the middle row, third from right and Born Pretty Store stamping polish in black. On my middle finger I used the same image but stamped using Essence – Happy end. Over that I stamped the image of the couple in the bottom row 4th from the right. On my index I used the top left image and made a decal using Sinful Colors – Cool gray and China Glaze – Dance baby. I then topcoated everything and spent the next half an hour at least staring at my nails.
Naturally I couldn’t leave it there and I had to do something else using this plate as well.
Here I used 2 coats of Zoya – Dahlia on my pinky. On all my other nails I used 2 coats of OPI – DS Classic. I then stamped the Marilyn image – middle row, second from left and Born Pretty Store stamping polish in black. On my middle and index I stamped the lacey pattern on the bottom right and Born Pretty Store stamping polish in black onto my tips. I topcoated everything except the pinky and that was that.
What do you think? Which one do you like most? My only regret is adding the Zoya – Dahlia on my pinky as it doesn’t really go with the goldish look with the silver glitter. I really like the combination of the pink and the grey but the Marilyn image is stunning too! Let me know what you think.
What do you think of the plate? It is so gorgeous with so many versatile images. If you want to grab it for yourself you can use the discount code below for 10% off all your purchases
And a little swatch for you
OPI – DS Classic
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I am so sad I didn’t capture the holo on this one but it is breathtaking! I actually did not know the DS polishes were available to us here and when I saw them in a store I had to grab all the ones they had. This is a nude / gold scattered holo. I say nude gold because in some light it looks gold and in some it looks nude. I haven’t looked what it is classified as but what I can tell you is that it is gorgeous!
Thanks for reading,
Juanita
They both look awesome. Can’t wait to get mine.

I just love the colours you used in the first look! I’ve never seen the DS polishes here either, there are a few I’d scoop up too! 🙂
