Hi lovelies,
I am sure you’ve noticed that I don’t usually post on Thursday. This week and next week (maybe even the week after) I will be posting a lot more than usual. I have quite a few things to work through and catch up on and I would love to show you all the goodies sooner rather than later. I hope this doesn’t bug you too much. I hope to be completely caught up in the next 2 – 3 weeks so I can get back to my old schedule. In the mean time you will have to be stuck with a lot of me 😀
Today I have Hean #407 to show you. This is another polish from Glamore Cosmetics and is from the “I Love Hean” collection”. This one is pure perfection for the corporate ladies or those who don’t like a lot of colour on their nails. Of course it is also perfect for every polish obsessed person ever! Let me show you why
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. It is the squishiest, shiniest nude jelly ever! This does not feel like 3 coats nor does it wear or dry like 3 coats. Stunning formula! I could easily have gone more coats to get rid of the visible nail line completely but I don’t really like going more than 3 coats unless absolutely necessary. For me, it wasn’t necessary. I didn’t mind this at all. In fact, I loved it. Seriously, I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t love this polish. It’s perfect for work, it’s perfect for every day. You can glam it up. You can make it fun. It’s beautiful.
I know you want this and I know you need this so pop over to Glamore Cosmetics right now. You can find them here
As usual, a little nail art. I knew I had to do a sandwich of some sort with this gorgeous jelly. When flowers were suggested I knew exactly what to do
I started with 2 coats of Hean #407 and when that was completely dry I went to work with flowers. I made 1 or two flowers per nail using Sinful Colors – Sugar rush for the blue and Sinful Colors – Tempest for the purple. I used China Glaze – Lemon fizz for the middle of the flowers. I then added one coat of Hean #407. When that was a little dry I added another flower or two per nail and then added another coat of Hean #407. I then did a final flower per nail and added topcoat. I love the pond look and even though my flowers aren’t exactly great and well shaped I do like the colour combinations (Thanks Megan) and the concept.
What do you think? Do you also think this is a gorgeous nude jelly? Do you think the flower ‘pond’ works? What do you think of the colours? Let me know what you would do with a nude jelly polish. I would love to hear your ideas.
Thanks for reading,
Siobhan
The flowers are just too sweet! Love em!
