Hi lovelies,
I hope you had a beautiful weekend! I am not sure yet if I am ready to take on this week but we don’t really have much of a choice do we?
I have another beautiful polish to show you from Hean City Fashion collection that I got from Glamore Cosmetics. It’s just one today but there is also a reason for it. So let me show you Hean #26
Hean City Fashion #26
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. This is a pale frosty pink. I am not the biggest fan of a frosty polish but this one really impressed me. First of all, when I applied it it was very brush strokey. I was really concerned that it was going to look bad but as soon as it dried it smoothed out beautifully. I did however have no patchiness at all. When this dried it almost looked metallicy and it glowed. I was really surprised by how much I ended up loving this one. It’s so much more than just a ‘pink frost’.
The nail art I did with this one was to feature in the Glamore Cosmetics newsletter. It’s a topic I am quite passionate about too. You can read the newsletter here. If you know me you know I am very aware of the ingredients in the products I use. There are so any factors that are out of our control but the one thing I can be aware of is what I put on my body. Go read the newsletter to find out more about avoiding harmful chemicals when you buy cosmetics. Let me show you the nail art I did for Breast Cancer awareness.
I started with 3 coats of Hean City Fashion #26 on all my nails. Once that was dry I stamped with BP-L016 and Hean Ordinary Misfit on my middle and ring finger. I am a little sad that it doesn’t show up as well as I had hoped but it is there. I then stamped over that with BM321 and MoYou stamping polish in black. On my pinky and index I added a coat of Hean #262 glitter. I then topcoated everything and that was that.
What do you think? How do you feel about frosty polishes? Have you ever been surprised by a frost being so much more than just a frost? Don’t forget to pop over to Glamore Cosmetics and grab yours. You can find them here:
