Shocked to sea you around

Hi lovelies,

Happy Monday!  Did you have a good weekend?  I am still all blocked up (nose and ears) and annoying myself so I did as little as possible.  It was great!

Isn’t it fun when the polishes you use combine to make a really cute and funny post title?  I did have to reach out to a few friends for help with it though. I really enjoyed doing this so let me show you what I came up with.

On my index and middle finger I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white and left that to dry completely.  While that was drying I moved on to my pinky and ring finger and started with 3 coats of KBShimmer – Sea you around.  Once the white was dry I went to work with zigzag vinyl on my middle finger and alternated the KBShimmer – Sea you around with Morgan Taylor – Shock therapy.  Making sure to remove the vinyl as soon as possible.  On my index finger I used dotting tools of varying sizes and KBShimmer – Sea you around and Morgan Taylor – Shock therapy to make random polka dots.  Let me just tell you, using a glitter filled polish with vinyls is not the easiest thing.  The polka dots were easier but still not a walk in the park.  Those big glitters were tricky!  I still liked it and after top coating everything that was that.

I do have a swatch for you of this stunning polish.  I am still drooling.

KBShimmer – Sea you around

This is 2 coats with topcoat.  It is an emerald green jelly packed with glitter.  Most noticeably are magenta and silver circles but there are also light blue glitters and even some holo glitter.  The formula is amazing.  I applied this like any other polish and the glitter coverage was perfection.  Two coats was also more than enough for complete coverage. I wasn’t sure if I would love the green but I am absolutely in love with it.  Love love love.

What do you think?  Isn’t she gorgeous?  I think the Morgan Taylor – Shock therapy also really highlights the magenta glitter.  I kinda liked the art I did with it too.
