It’s finally Friday!!! I don’t suspect we will be having a quiet relaxing weekend but it is weekend so yay!
One of the first polishes I bought was Essence – Time for Romance. At least one of the first 5 or 10. I have only recently tried it and I have no idea why I waited so long. After trying it I fell in love and knew I had to do something special with it. So a few days ago I decided to give it a go again.
Essence – Time For Romance
I have the old shape bottle but it is one of the colours they’ve taken across to the new shape. Time For Romance is a pinkish, brownish, reddish base with small and larger glitter. This is two coats with no topcoat. Isn’t it beautiful? I have seen some people say this is too sheer in two coats but I didn’t really have any issues. I knew that I was going to stamp though as well.
Super gorgeous polish. I actually couldn’t stop staring at this.
I then added some flowery stamping using Pueen19 and China Glaze – Admire except on my ring finger where I used Essence – Stampy Polish in black.
I loved this combination. The Time For Romance sparkled it’s little butt off under the stamping and it was so beautiful I just had to stare, all the time.
So I am going to stop gushing now. What do you think about it? I hope you have a great weekend! Do you have anything planned yet?
Thanks for reading!

Wow! Looks amazing!

Thank you SO much Luzanne! xx

Such a gorgeous mani. I had the issue with my bottle being sheer though… Bummer. Yours is really more opaque. CG admire makes such a great stamping polish!

Thank you so much Lynette. I must say I used two thickish coats so maybe that helped? It is really very pretty though. Admire stamps like a champ!! I also think the colour goes perfectly with Time for Romance.
Kerry
I love that stamping!

I love it on its own and with the flower stamps. I think you chose a perfect stamp to go with it.

I love the glitter with the Admire stamping!
It’s a long weekend in the U.S. I know that tomorrow I am going to a fancy tea room with a friend I haven’t seen in a while, so that will be a treat. My brother is also moving out, which has been annoying, but also a smidge sad. I suspect my friends will have some sort of gathering on Monday, but I don’t know yet. At least it’s a three-day weekend!

Thanks Lesley.
I am super jealous of your long weekend. I hope you had/have a great time!
Sharon
Oh my hat!! I love this look, have to get practising with the stamps. xx

Thanks so much T. I also really liked this. Our essence stands are almost always drab and dreary. Unless you are lucky enough to be there the day they get new stock. Then you might stand a chance hahaha. Ok not always but mostly.
