Happy New Year!

Happy new year my lovelies,

I hope you had lovely celebrations surrounded by loved ones.  May 2014 be filled with love, joy, happiness, wonder and a million dreams coming true.

I also want to take the time to thank each and every one of you.  For your support, for your kindness, for your generosity.  I am not big on the numbers and stats but since the end of January 2013, this little blog has had almost 23 000 page views.  I don’t have the words to tell you how much that means to me. I have ‘met’ some amazing people.  So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making 2013 so special and being on this journey with me.  May there be many many more.

Right, onto some nails shall we?

 

For these I used quite a mix and match of polishes.  Here is what I did:

I painted Sinful Colors – Black on black on my pinky and thumb, China Glaze – For Audrey on my ring and middle and Essence – The Dawn is Broken on my index.  2 coats of each.

Once that was completely dry I stamped using BM315.  On the black and grey I stamped with China Glaze – For Audrey.  On For Audrey I stamped using Essence stampy polish in black and Essence – As long as you love me.

I top coated everything and ready to go.

Unfortunately the stamping on The Dawn is Broken isn’t as visible and I definitely prefer the black stamping on For Audrey.  What do you think?

We have family arriving today and I am so excited to spend some time with them.  I will be ‘away’ for about a week but don’t fear.  I will still have some posts lined up for you of swatches and reviews.  So basically I am just taking a little break from nail art.  I will be back with a million things to show you soon.  I will try to pop in now and then to respond to comments but I will still be on Facebook and twitter.  Give me a shout if you need me 😉
