Valentines Day: textured hearts.

Hi lovelies,

Just a few more days before valentines day which means just a few more days of valentines nail art for you to endure 😉  I hope you will at least try a few of these ideas.  This one is really easy and looks super cute.

I originally wanted to create hearts on the tips but when I saw acidicice partial heart in my guest post I knew I wanted to do it the same way.  This is what I came up with.

I started off with a base of Sinful Colors – Easy Going (I am so in love with this polish but I will tell you more about it soon) on my pinky, middle and index and Sinful Colors – Pink Forever on my ring and thumb.  I then used the polish brush to create the hearts.  I first did the bigger ones using L.A Girl sandblast – Sand Dune for the red and L.A Girl sandblast – Sands of time for the gold.  I then left that for a few minutes and then did the same thing but leaving a little of the first heart sticking out.  I used L.A Girl – Sandals on top of the red, L.A Girl – Sand Dune on top of the gold and L.A Girl – Sand of time over the red.  I also tried to make them in varying sizes.  What do you think?  Does it look like hearts?
