Hi lovelies,
How has this week been treating you? I hope well. I feel like I might be coming down with something but so far I have managed to keep it at bay. I hope it stays away. I have much better things to do with my time than be sick 😉
I am utterly and completely in love with stamping, this shouldn’t be a surprise. I purposefully try to limit the amount of stamping I do because I don’t want bore you with just stamping. Do you mind though? Would it be a problem if I did a lot more stamping here on the old bloggy? Let me know?
Anyway, I have another stamp sandwich for you today (I really like those, can you tell? 😛 ) but this time I have combined it with a glittery texture. Let me show you.
I started out with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Cupids arrow on my index and middle fingers and let that dry completely. While I was waiting I used 2 coats of Rimmel – Moon walking on my pinky, ring and thumb. When the lilac jelly was completely dry I stamped using Sinful Colors – Amethyst and Pueen49. I then added one more coat of Sinful Colors – Cupids arrow over the stamping, top coated and done.
Here are swatches of all the polishes I used.
Sinful Colors – Cupids arrow
This is 2 coats, no topcoat. It is a very soft lilac jelly. The more coats you add the more lilac it becomes. If I was wearing this on it’s own (unlikely) I would definitely go for 3 maybe even 4 coats. It is a beautiful colour.
Rimmel – Moon walking (space dust)
This is 2 coats, no topcoat. It is a beautiful glittery texture. I actually really love these textures, they are nice and gritty yet glittery and sparkly too. They are also nice and opaque and great formula.
Sinful Colors – Amethyst
This is 2 coats, no topcoat. I really love this shade of purple and Amethyst is great formula and opacity. It also stamps well 😉
What do you think? I really like the soft and jelly combined with the texture.
Thanks for reading,
No I don’t mind if all you ever did was stamping because I for one like your stamping and enjoy what you come up with 😀 you’re always so creative with this.
I loooooove this mani. Totally gorgeous! The lady I work with is gona die when she sees it
Thank you so much V! You’re always so sweet. You are enough inspiration for me so I should totally 😉
This looks amazing and I love the image you used! I say stamp as much as you like, I love seeing your stamping 🙂

Thank you so much Kerry. Watch this space! (ok maybe after 31DC2014 😛 )
I agree with everyone else! Stamp away!! Love it.
Yay! Thank you!
Oooooh, this is SO stunning Michelle!!! Wowie! Seriously impressed with the look of the Rimmel polish, it looks A LOT like OPI Liquid Sands (the ones that contain glitters too).
Cupid’s Arrow has been added to my shopping list! 🙂
Thank you so much Luzanne! I was so impressed with the Rimmel polish. It has a nice grit and super sparkly, just like the OPI’s.
Hehehe You’re welcome 😉 Cupids arrow is stunning!
LOVE! That Rimmel is so pretty!
I agree with everyone that you should stamp as much as you’d like! That’s one thing I haven’t quite figured out yet, but I like seeing the possibilities of it.
I laughed when you said “unlikely” about wearing that lilac on its own, haha.
Thanks Lesley, I love stamping so much. You should definitely give it another shot 😉
Hahahaha yeah probably not 😛
Wow – you make it look so easy. Super impressed!
Thank you so much! x
