Hi lovelies,
Are you having a good day? I actually can’t believe we are at the end of September already! I know it means the end of the challenge and should be obvious but end of September? How?
Inspired by a tutorial should seem like an easy prompt but there are so many amazing tutorials out there that choosing one is tricky. I decided to go through my pinterest board to see what I have been wanting to do for ages now and I struck gold. I decided on this tutorial by Kayla Shevonne. Let me show you
I started with 2 coats of Essence – Fame fatal. When that was completely dry I taped off the half moons and and used 2 coats of China Glaze – Don’t honk your thorn. I left that to dry again. Then I used OPI – Taupe-less beach for the leopard spots and China Glaze – Foie gras for the borders of the spots. I left my pinky and thumb without the half moons. Mostly because I messed them up. As you can tell 😉 Topcoat and you’re done.
I actually really really love this. Hers obviously looks much better but I love the colour combinations and you know I love leopard print. Another reason why I knew I had to do this one was because when my cousin saw it she fell in love! So while I was doing mine she was doing hers and we had great fun!
What do you think?
Here is the poster with the prompts in case you want to follow along or even just to see what’s coming up. You can also check out other posts from todays prompt by checking out the Inlinkz goodie below or following the #31DC2014 on all social media platforms.
