Easter water marble

Hi lovelies,

This week has just flown!  I am sure the shorter week has something to do with it but I am also so looking forward to the long weekend so no complaints here!

I already had my little wobble about easter the other day but do you think I can stay away from the pastel colours when it comes it easter nail art?  Nope I can not 😛  I tried something different for me again so let me show you what I did.

I started with a base of 1 coat Sinful Colors – Snow me white and then I did the water marble.  I did the marble China Glaze – Lemon fizz, China Glaze – Something sweet, China Glaze – Tart-y for the party and China Glaze – Re-fresh mint. I originally had something else in mind and for this I need a marble that was thinner lines.  I ended up not going with that idea but I liked the marble anyway so I left it as is.  I then stamped the bunny image from BM-H10 on my pinky, middle and index and then the flowers from the same plate on my ring finger.  I topcoated everything and that was that.

What do you think?  Is it still eastery?  Does it work with the black stamping on the marble.  I went for black stamping for the same reason I went with black on Monday.  Last year I did white stamping and the images got very lost in the colours I used as a base.  So I decided to definitely go with black for these.

I have decided to take a long weekend so I will not be around on Friday BUT look out for the new Blogger of the Month post.  It is scheduled and ready and I know you are going to enjoy it 😉 I might not be around for it on Friday so I just wanted to wish you all a very blessed easter and I hope you enjoy your time with family and loved ones.  For those of you who do not celebrate easter, I wish you a good long weekend.  Remember to stay safe!  I will be back on Monday with my normal schedule.
