Happy Monday. Did you have a good weekend? The weather has been absolutely stunning here the last few days. I ended up buying new swimwear and of course, today is overcast. So typical. What have you been up to?
I thought I would start the week off with another gorgeous polish from Hean City Fashion collection that I got from Glamore Cosmetics. If dark and vampy is your thing then let me show you Hean City Fashion #163
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. It was a little sheer but looks how beautifully it builds up. Even though it is sheer it isn’t streaky. I am inclined to say this is very jelly-like. It’s a dark purple. As you can see it dries a bit darker on the nail than it is in the bottle. I was surprised by how much I LOVED this. This is going to be one of my go to shades in the cooler months. It’s dark and vampy with a great formula.
Of course I did some simple nail art with this.
I started with 3 coats of Hean City Fashion #163 on all my nails except my ring finger. On my ring finger I used 2 coats of Hean Jungle Pop #280. Once it was all 100% dry I went to work with my dotting tool. I used the opposite shade to do the polka dots on all my nails. I’m a sucker for polka dots and whenever I am not sure what combinations to do I know polka dots will always work.
