NAILLINKUP: Water inspired

Did you have a good long weekend? It feels like the week has only just begun yet tomorrow is the last day of the week again. Aren’t long weekends awesome?

I swopped around week 3 and 4 this month because yesterday was actually World Water day. With all the water shortages we are experiencing it seems like an even bigger deal this year. I hope everyone is being more water wise lately. It’s really important! Ok, let me show you what I did.

I started with 1 coat of Sinful Colors – Snow me white and left that to dry completely. I then did a water marble on my ring, middle and index using China Glaze – UV meant to be, China Glaze – DV8 and China Glaze – Frostbite. I tried to use more of the darker colours in my index compared to the others. On my pinky I used 2 coats of China Glaze – DV8. Even though my water inspiration was in the water marble I still wanted it to look like water, I used the different colours on my pinky and index to look like different and deeper water. When everything was dry I stamped using BM505 and Mundo de Unas – Sky blue. Because water bubbles. I then topcoated everything and that was that.
