Hello lovelies,
Happy Monday! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. Especially the long weekend. I am traveling again by the time you read this after an amazing long weekend with my family. It really was the best time. It’s a pity it is over already but I am so appreciative to have had the time anyway. Who knows how long it will be till we are able to visit again.
Is it just me or are these weeks flying by? It’s already week 16 of the #52weeknailchallenge from Polish Portfolio. This challenge is similar to the 31 Day challenge except this is one prompt for every week of the year. You can share yours on any day of the week as long as it falls within the week. Here is the list of prompts and you can use #52weeknailchallenge to keep track of any posts. I hope you’ll join in.
I seem to struggle with these seasonal times more every year. There are only so many pastel easter bunnies or red and green holly you can do right? Anyway, I gave it my best shot so let me show you
I started with 1 coat of Sinful Colors – Snow me white and let that dry completely. I then did a smoosh on all my nails using Chine Glaze – Lime after lime, China Glaze – Glow with the flow, China Glaze – Whip it good, China Glaze – Tart-y for the party and China Glaze – Home sweet house music. I added a coat of Seche and waited for it to dry completely. On my ring and middle finger I used the bunny vinyl from Because I Shop. On m ring finger I used the outer part of the image and on my middle finger I used the inner of the image. I added a coat of Sinful Colors – Black on black and removed the vinyl immediately after. That means it looks like I have the bunny on my middle finger and his ‘shadow’ on my ring finger. On my pinky and index I stamped easter eggs using BM-H11 and Mundo de Unas – Black. I topcoated and that was that.
What do you think? I really liked how all the colours worked together in the smoosh and I really like the bunnies. Thank goodness that’s about all the easter you will get out of me 😛
