Did you have a fabulous weekend? Mine was pretty good. Nice and relaxing but I still managed to get a lot done. I still have so much I want to do but what is life without a long to-do list right?
It’s time for for another prompt of the #52weeknailchallenge from Polish Portfolio. This challenge is similar to the 31 Day challenge except this is one prompt for every week of the year. You can share yours on any day of the week as long as it falls within the week. Here is the list of prompts and you can use #52weeknailchallenge to keep track of any posts. I hope you’ll join in.
Week 17 is Autumn. It’s one of my favourite seasons as it starts to cool down and the colours are just beautiful too. Let me show you what I did for this prompt.
I started with 2 coats of Essence – Caramel brownie on all my nails. I don’t know why I didn’t do a swatch of this polish. This was the first time I used it and it is stunning. It’s a beautiful brown packed with a gold / champagne shimmer. Once it was dry I stamped using BP-L047 and Mundo de Unas – Copper, reddish and sunflower. I topcoated and that was that.
What do you think? I think it’s pretty autumn-y and I love the leaves. I seem to always lean towards these colours and leaves when it comes to doing anything autumn related. I don’t even mind.
