Happy Worker’s day! Or May Day. Or whatever day you are celebrating today. Unless today is just a regular Monday for you. 😛 It’s another public holiday which means this weekend has been looooong! I love it. Tomorrow we all have to work twice as hard.
It’s time for for another prompt of the #52weeknailchallenge from Polish Portfolio. This challenge is similar to the 31 Day challenge except this is one prompt for every week of the year. Before I even get to this weeks prompt I am already eyeing next week and I am not feeling it. SO fair warning. I might not be doing this next week 😛 This week, the prompt is red. Hmmmm…let me show you what I did.
I went simple and easy with this one. I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Ruby pumps on all my nails and left that to dry completely. I then stamped using BM315 and Mundo de Unas – Black, I topcaoted and that was that.
This was so sparkly because of how gorgeous Ruby Pumps is. I was worried the sparkle would be too much for the stamp but now that I am looking at these photos I think it was just perfect. I LOVE this stamp and always wish I use it more often so when I spotted it while going through my holder I knew it was the one. I also used Ruby Pumps because it was still standing on my desk from a previous use so it seemed a bit like fate. I quite liked how this turned out. What do you think? Does it work for you?
