Hello hi hey..
Happy Wednesday and Public holiday. It is Human Rights day today and I can’t decide if it is fabulous that it falls on a Wednesday (mid week break) or if it would’ve been better on another day of the week (less days to take leave for long weekends) . Either way, I am grateful for the day off. What are you doing today?
Time for yet another stamping plate from Born Pretty Store . In case it wasn’t obvious I really love stamping. And as if the variety of nail art goodies isn’t enough, they just keep knocking it out of the park with stamping plates which makes me very happy. Today I am showing you the BP-X52 stamping plate. Let me show you what I did
I started with 2 coats of Color Club – Harp on it on all my nails and left that to dry completely. I then stamped the butterflies using BP-X52 and Mundo de Unas – Black. While they were on the stamper I coloured in the butterflies using Essence – It’s my party (pink) and China Glaze – Papa don’t peach. I applied the images to my middle and ring finger using the stamper, topcoated and that was that.
I really wanted to keep the images to two nails but in hindsight, I wish I had added a little butterfly to my index and pinky. I do like the colour combination though and I especially like the silver holo background. The plate is beautiful with so many different butterfly images, it was really hard to choose just one to use. If you love butterflies – especially all the different types of butterfly images – this plate is a must have. What do you think?
