Heart full nail art

Hello lovelies,

Are you having a good week so far?  Finally it feels like the days are going by a bit quicker and look at that, the end of June is in sight.  Goodness me, never has a month dragged by this badly before.  I feel bad complaining about it because I don’t wish time away but man alive June has been 3 months long.

I have had a vague idea for something for ages but I just couldn’t piece it together completely.  I would either have an idea for one of the polishes or the the image to use but I just never got it to work together completely.  Until now.  Somehow the right polishes and the right combination just happened to land on my desk and here we are.  let me show you what I did,

I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Rosé my name on my pinky and index, 2 coats of Essence – Dare it nude on my middle nail and 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white on my ring finger.  While that was drying I went to work on the hearts.  I stamped using Lina – All about love 01 and Mundo de Unas – black.  I then coloured in the hearts using China Glaze – Rosé my name for most of the hearts and just did a few with Essence – Dare it nude.  I then also isolated 3 individual hearts and stamped them in the same colours.  I then applied the full nail of hearts to my ring finger and the individual hearts to the rest of my nails using the opposite colour.  I topcoated everything and voila!

I wish wish wish that I did a better job of colouring in the hearts but too late she cried.  I really love these colours together and this heart image is one of my favourites.  So all in all they should work right?  What do you think?  I also have a swatch for you,

China Glaze – Rosé my name

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  This is a stunning rose pink / magenta shimmer from the Summer Reign collection.  This is almost a one coater with the most stunning formula.  I can’t wait to see how this performs in a Tuesday Stamping post.  It’s gooooooooorgeous!
