Hey lovelies,
I am not shivering this morning and the sun looks glorious outside. I am not excited about summer but gosh it has been cold the last few days. I believe it is coming again this weekend. I also have a ‘fit fest’ this weekend and now I am wondering if it will be rained out. It is unsure yet if I am happy or sad about this 😛
The 31 Day Challenge is usually done in September although you can do it any time of the year. If you want to find out more information you can find everything you need to know as well as the Inlinkz for the prompts here thanks to Cathy from More Nail Polish. Here are the prompts you can look forward to
I have had an idea for polka dots and I thought this was a great time to try it. Here’s hoping it works. Let me show you,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Concrete catwalk on all my nails. I used a matte topcoat on all my nails except my ring finger, which I used glossy topcoat for. Once that was all dry I used glossy topcoat to make polka dots on my index and middle nail.
This was ridiculously easy and simple but I have always been a fan of the matte and glossy contrast. I liked it. What do you think? Does it work?
Don’t forget to follow the #31DC2018 on social media if you want to follow along with the daily prompts OR take a peep at the InLinkz below.
Thanks for reading,

It definitely works! I love the mix of the matte with the glossy. I also really love how Concrete Catwalk looks mattified.

Isn’t Concrete Catwalk so gorgeous! It’s the perfect shade for matte. Thank you so much Tracy x
