31DC2018: Day 12 – Stripes

Hey hi hello,

Is it just me or is this week crawling? I’m not complaining too much because I’ve been so busy I need the extra time :P. How is your week going so far?

The stripes prompt is another one that is so open ended and really anything goes.  So I tried something a little different than the normal stripes I would lean toward.  Mostly because I have this beautiful polish and I didn’t want to hide it too much.  Let me show you what I did.

I started with 2 coats of ILNP – Rogue on all my nails and left that to dry completely.  I then used Lina – Feeling shapely 01 and first Mundo de Unas – Gold and then Mundo de Unas – Black to stamp the lines.  I topcoated and that was that.

I really really liked this.  I liked that it had a bit of simplicity but the gorgeous polish gave it something extra.  I do have a swatch of this polish as well.  I wasn’t going to swatch any polishes doing the challenge but I couldn’t resist this one.

ILNP – Rogue

This is a 2 coats with no topcoat.  This is a beautiful crimson red packed with holo.  Fantastic formula and opacity makes this one a winner in every way.  I absolutely LOVE this one.

So a gorgeous polish, nice stripes, what more could I need right?  I really liked this.  What do you think?  Does it work?
