31DC2018: Day 18 – Half moons

Hey lovelies,

Gosh it’s only Tuesday!  Am I the only one that finds the later half of the year incredibly exhausting?  It’s finally that time of year where I am counting down to the Christmas break.  Maybe it’s just because I am so tired and feeling a bit sniffly.  I’ll be better tomorrow 😉

The prompt today is half moons. I am not really a fan of the traditional half moons but I have seen some really gorgeous half moon nail art with stamping.  I had an idea for this prompt and I was just hoping it would work out.  Let me show you,

I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Black on black on all my nails and left that to dry completely.  I then stamped using the drippy image on Lina – Make your mark 01 and Mundo de Unas – Aqua.  I topcoated and that was that.

Now that I am writing it down it seems super simple and too easy but I do like the results.  It’s different but still half moons.  Right? What do you think?
