It’s finally weekend and I am soooo happy. Do you have any fun weekend plans? I am hoping to just do as little as possible.
While I was sitting looking for inspiration I knew I wanted to do a gradient. It feels like it has been forever since I did a proper gradient and it is one of my favourite techniques. Another favourite technique is stamping so I thought I would combine these two. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 1 coat of China Glaze – Pink or swim on my middle and ring finger and 2 coats of China Glaze – Angel wings on my pinky and index. Once it was dry I did a sponged gradient on my middle and ring finger using China Glaze – Pink or swim and China Glaze – In the near fuchsia. I then stamp over the gradient using Lina – Make your mark 03 and Mundo de Unas – Light gold. I topcoat the two gradient nails and that voila!
Gosh I love gradients. I really liked this one and the stamping. I am not sure if the gold texture works with it but it is pretty on it’s own as well. I probably should’ve topcoated it to really get the holo shining. What do you think? What is your favourite nail art technique?
