Comparison: China Glaze – Central parka vs Essence – Olive you

Have you had a good week? Mine was a bit bumpy but it is finally Friday so who cares anymore right? 😉 Do you have any fun plans?

I often have people asking me if I don’t have a million dupes of polishes because I have so many. That is why I love doing comparisons so much. Often polishes we think are the same or similar are actually quite different. This comparison being a good example. I was sure these two would be very similar if not dupes. Let me show you,

Comparison Essnce - Olive you vs China Glaze - Central parka 2

On my index and pinky I have 2 coats of Essence – Olive you and on my middle and ring finger I have 2 coats of China Glaze – Central parka. As you can see they are not the same at all. Central parka is brighter and more yellow toned. Olive you is more olive toned. Both of these have a great formula and are also very opaque. I really love Central parka. I think it is more usable and a beautiful shade. Not to disregard Olive you though. it is certainly beautiful.
