I hope you had a glorious weekend. It felt like a holiday to me with the extended long weekend. I might need a day to recover from the weekend 😉 Nevertheless I am ready for this week!
Time for another week of #52weeknailchallenge hosted by Polish Portfolio. As always, you can follow this # to see what other people are creating and you can find the list of prompts for this year below.
The prompt this week is glitter. I was torn between just using a beautiful glitter polish or try my hand at loose glitter again. In the end, the loose glitter won. Probably because I will be busting out glitter polishes soon anyway. Let me show you what I did,
This was easy and simple. I started with 2 coats of Wet n Wild – Black creme on all my nails. I then used aqua holo loose glitter and placed it on my ring finger. I didn’t want to go too crazy with the glitter so I did one whole nail and then used 3 pieces of glitter on each of the other nails. I topcoated and that was that.
I feel like this was maybe a little too easy and simple but the glitter is pretty gorgeous. I could probably do with more practice with placement as well. What do you think? Does it work for the prompt? Should I have gone for a glitter polish instead?

That glitter placement is A+. I think you made the right choice by just blinging out one nail and keeping the others simple.
Ah thanks so much Cynthia. I think I need to practice glitter placement a bit more because I quite enjoy doing it. I just need to work on the pattern.
