Time for another week of #52weeknailchallenge hosted by Polish Portfolio. As always, you can follow this # to see what other people are creating and you can find the list of prompts for this year below.
The prompt this week is zodiac. I don’t know much about anything zodiac except that I am a Virgo so it seems right that I do Virgo nails. Super original right? ;). Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white on why ring finger and 2 coats of Jessica – Blue Harlem on the rest of my nails. I then used some purple / blue loose chameleon flakes from Born Pretty Store on all my nails. I tried it on the white to see if it would have an effect but it doesn’t really show up. I topcoated everything to seal in those flakies. Once it was dry I went to town with stamping. I used Konad 23 and Mundo de Unas – White. On my ring finger I used Mundo de Unas – Black. I topcoated again and that was that.
What do you think? Does it work? Do you have any other suggestions for the zodiac prompt? How gorgeous do those flakes look on the Jessica polish though right?
