I hope you’re having a fantastic weekend. Yes I mean having because I am still in full on weekend mode. It is the last full day I have to spend with my family and I am going to make the most of it.
Time for another week of #52weeknailchallenge hosted by Polish Portfolio. As always, you can follow this # to see what other people are creating and you can find the list of prompts for this year below.
The prompt this week is Easter. I really am not a fan of holiday themed nail art. I think it is just because finding something new or original gets harder and harder after all these years of doing nail art. Maybe one day I will redo something I have done before but for today I am just going to use someone else’s nails for inspiration. I was inspired by this cute design by @nailsbyjema. Of course, my freehand stinks so let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Snow me white on all my nails and left that to dry completely. I used 1 coat of China Glaze – Point me to the party on my pinky, middle and index. On my ring finger I used a thin nail art brush and Sinful Colors – Heartfelt and Sinful Colors – Black on black to attempt the bunny face. I topcoated everything and voila!
What do you think? I didn’t love or hate it but it sure would look better if I could do a decent bunny face right 😉 At least that gets easter out of the way. I do really really like the glitter on the white and I really should’ve used this combo ages ago already. Do you like doing holiday themed nail art?

You just made me snort laugh!!! I am going to take the compliment that you called it a bunny and not a creature. That says something at least! Yeah you win some, you lose some. The glitter was nice though 😛
