I hope you had a fabulous weekend doing exactly what you wanted to do. It was all over pretty quickly but I am ready for the week and all it will bring.

The prompt this week is Orange and Black. Even though I wasn’t exactly filled with ideas for this prompt I was excited to see what would happen. Till tragedy struck. I woke up one morning with a nail broken right off. That meant that I had to chop them all down and I was seriously bummed. It has been shorter so it’s not the end of the world but I wasn’t quite ready for the sudden change. Let me show you what I (half heartedly) came up with
I started with 2 coats of Wet n Wild – Black creme on my pinky and ring finger and 2 coats of China Glaze – Papa don’t peach on my index and middle finger. Once it was dry I stamped on my pinky and ring finger using Lina – Twirls & swirls 01 and Konad – Orange pearl. I topcoated and that was that.
The stamping was actually much more vivid and visible in real life. I really love the orange polish but I am not ecstatic about the whole vibe. I guess I just wasn’t feeling anything after the big chop. What do you think?
