Just a leaf…

I can’t believe it is October already! Before we know it it will be Christmas and we’ll all be in the holiday spirit. It’s a little crazy to be honest.

I was browsing the internet (google as well as Pinterest) for inspiration and I saw a gorgeous nail look. I couldn’t find who created it or who to credit so I initially just scrolled on but I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Eventually I knew I had to recreate it. Unfortunately I still don’t know who did the original so if you know or if it was you, PLEASE let me now so I can give you credit! Let me show you what I did,

I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Central parka on my middle and ring finger and 2 coats of China Glaze – Sunset seeker on my pinky and index. Once it was dry I taped off a small section of my index nail and added a coat of Central parka to a small section of my index. I left that dry again completely and while that was happening I stamped 2 leaves from Lina – Autumn 01 and coloured 1 in with China Glaze – central parka and one with China Glaze – Sunset seeker. I then stamped the thin lines on my index and ring finger using Lina – Feeling shapely 01 and then applied the leaf against one of the lines on my index and ring finger. I topcoated everything and then went in with a matte topcoat.
