Hello lovelies,
Just like that it is weekend again! I hope you had an incredible week and have great weekend plans too. It as been SO hot the last few days. I am not ready you guys. Not ready at ALL!
I’m still trying to find inspiration anywhere I can. Sometimes I have great ideas and have fun trying them. Sometimes I make such a mess that I completely lose all inspiration. How do you find inspiration? This one sort of happened when I knew I wanted to use particular colours. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Can’t sandal this on my index and 2 coats of China Glaze – Fresher than my clique on the rest of my nails. Once that was completely dry I used tape to section off a small section of my middle and ring finger, then added a coat of China Glaze – Can’t sandal this. Once that was completely dry again I stamped the white line where the colours join. I stamped using Lina – Feeling shapely 01 and Mundo de Unas – White. I then stamped the little twig / flower image using BP-L047 and Mundo de Unas – Black. I topcoated and then added a matte topcoat.
I definitely liked this more matte and I really like the colours together. What do you think? I really need to find more images with single flowers / twigs / leaves. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks for reading,
Joyce
I like it… but something doesn’t feel quite right. I can’t really put my finger on it… maybe it’s seeing spring colors when it’s fall over here 😉

Hi Michelle,
This is a lovely combination! It’s a great idea to stamp the line to avoid taping again when you don’t want to risk freehanding. In a way, I feel with this nude included, I would feel equally good wearing this design in the autumn. 🙂 Not spring here, but I have an unusual desire to wear pale yellow (more ‘springish’?) anyway, so thinking about it..
I enjoy your posts and notice it seems quiet on the comment side at times, but it’s great to be inspired by the challenge posts and know what has potential for stamping from the ‘regular’ collection. Thank you!
