Did you have a good weekend? I was super lazy and did a whole lot of nothing. I think it is just what I needed and now I am ready to take on the week.

The prompt this week is Halloween. We don’t really celebrate halloween here in SA but it does seem to be growing more popular for dress up parties and the like. I have never really paid much attention to halloween nail art for that reason so when this prompt rolled around I was a bit stumped at first. It didn’t take much to find a million ideas so it really came down to what I had available to me. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Summer reign on my pinky and 2 coats of China Glaze – Sultry solstice on my ring finger. I then did a sponged gradient on my index and middle finger using both of these polishes. Once it was all dry I stamped on my index and gradient using BM-H08 and Mundo de Unas – Black. I then stamped on my ring finger using BM-H07 and Mundo de Unas – Black. I topcoated and then finished off with a matte topcoat.
This is was pretty simple but very striking. Do you think it works for halloween? Do you celebrate halloween?
