This week is speeding by and I am just trying to get through a few items on my to-do list. How is your week going? I can’t believe it is almost the end of October. Yikes!
This was one of those times where it all just randomly came together. I saw a polish that was screaming to be used and once I found something to pair it with I knew I had to use it. Next was figuring out what to do with it. I pulled out my trust vinyl collection and it all just fell into place from there. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of Color Club – High society on my index and middle finger and 2 coats of Color club – Wild & willing on my pinky and ring finger. I then mattified my index and middle nail. Once it was all completely dry I used the Because I Shop – Rain vinyl on my middle finger and added 2 coats of Color Club – Wild & willing and removing the vinyl while it was still wet. I topcoated the rest of my nails and that was that.
What do you think? I quite like the contrast of the matte and the foily finish (Thanks B for the idea) and the shifty polish is just gorgeous. I always forget how much I enjoy playing with vinyls. Do you like vinyls?
