My polish, your plate #10

Hello lovelies,

I hope you have had an incredible week. Mine was quite productive but not in the way that I expected. With lockdown levels changing and adjusting there seems to be a lot more activity. Luckily it is weekend now which means a bit more relaxing.

It’s time for the next instalment of My polish, your plate. Joyce and I will be challenging each other every first and third Friday of the month. One of us will pick the stamping plate and the other will pick the polish. If we don’t have the exact same polish / plate it can be substituted for something similar. This choice will be made by the person who picked. From there it is free reign as long as the polish and the image on the plate is main focus.

This month it was my turn to choose the plate and I chose Pueen107. Joyce chose the polish and she chose Color Club – Crystal baller. Let me show you what I did.

I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – You drive me coconuts on my pinky and 2 coats of Color Club – Crystal baller on the rest of my nails. Once that was dry I went to work with the stamping. I double stamped on my middle and ring finger using Pueen107 and first Mundo de Unas – Black and then Mundo de Unas – Barbie. I topcoated and that was that.

I know it isn’t summer so the neon seems a little out of place but a) it’s summery somewhere in the world right? and b) who needs summer to use neons? I really enjoyed the bright pink creme with the blue holo and I think the pink stamping with the black was just enough to tie it all together. What do you think? I can’t wait to see what Joyce did though. No doubt she has created a work of art.
