Hi lovelies,
Happy April!! I hope you don’t get caught in any April fool pranks! I’m taking everything I see and hear today with a pinch of salt 😛
I have been showing you some beautiful Hean polishes. Some from the Summer collection and some from the I Love Hean collection. Today I have one from the Wedding Garden collection and I am sure you will love it as much as the others. I know I do. This is #641, let me show you.
Hean #641
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. This is a soft periwinkle with a beautiful formula. This polish has a lot of shimmer in the bottle and when you apply it but as soon as it dries, the shimmer becomes a lot more subtle. It does give the polish beautiful depth though. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and I knew for sure I didn’t want to cover this polish too much at all. This whole collection consists of soft, delicate and wedding appropriate colours. They are gorgeous.
You can see another swatch of this on acidicice’s blog here and you can find all the other Wedding Garden polishes as well.
Pop over to Glamore cosmetics to grab your favourite Hean. You can find them here:
As usual, a little nail art….As I mentioned, I didn’t want to cover it too much so this is what I came up with.
I started with a base of 3 coats of Hean #641 and once that was completely dry I used a silver striper to make a thinnish line horizontally across my nail. I wanted the lines to gradually go closer to the tip from right to left but I ended up with just random heights. Which works just as well for me. I wanted the silver striper line to represent a ribbon almost. I topcoated and while it was still tacky I used small bow shaped rhinestone in the centre of the ‘ribbon’. The polish is periwinkle so quite blue with a lilac tinge to it. I chose to use a softer lilac coloured rhinestone to bring out some of that shade instead of blue.
What do you think? Isn’t this a gorgeous polish? What do you think about the nail art? Let me know if you have picked up any Hean polishes. I’d love to know which ones you chose and what you think.
