Hi lovelies,
It’s double post day! This post is much later than I anticipated. I am sorry. All I can say is….Worst. Day!! *sigh* Anyway, onto the pretty.
I have another beautiful polish sent from the awesome Gael from Glamore Cosmetics. Today I have another one from the Wedding Garden collection. This is #642, let me show you.
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. It’s a stunning very light pastel pink with shimmer. The shimmer in this beautiful pink is subtle but when the sun hits it….oh my goodness. The formula on this one is also amazing. I mentioned before I don’t really love sheer soft polishes but these have really made me fall in love. Even though it is sheer, it builds up really well and I only needed 3 coats to get it pretty opaque. In some light and at some angles you can see some VNL but I am happy with it as is. If you wanted to, you could add another coat. What continues to impress me about these polishes is the dry time. Even at 3 coats it dried really well and fast. As I mentioned before, this collection is probably the most suitably named collection ever. All of them are so dreamy, romantic and wedding appropriate. If you were getting married soon, you can’t go wrong with any of these.
acidicice has swatched this whole collection in a bridal series and did a fantastic job of creative gorgeous bridal nail art. You can find her swatch of #642 here.
As usual, some nail art….
I actually did nail art with this polish with 2 other, different designs. Each time I wasn’t happy with it once I went through the photos and decided to change it up. This is what happens when you have too many ideas and don’t check photos before taking the polish off. Anyway, it worked out great because I really really like this. I started with the 3 coats of Hean #642 and once it was completely dry I used non fast drying topcoat to stick down these gorgeous rhinestones. On my ring finger I wanted a ton of rhinestones across the whole nail in various sizes and then accented that with just a single medium sized rhinestone on each of my other nails. I think the rhinestones go so well with this polish and the shimmer.
What do you think? Does it work? Have you tried any of the wedding garden polishes from Hean? or any of the Hean polishes? Let me know which ones you have tried and which are your favourites. If you haven’t tried Hean yet, why not? Which one would be top of your list to buy?
Don’t forget to pop over to Glamore cosmetics to grab your favourite Hean. You can find them here:
