Hello lovelies,
The last few days has just flown by. Wasn’t it just weekend a few hours ago? I’ve been really busy though so I suspect that has something to do with it. How has your week been so far? Hopefully it has gone really fast which means the weekend is mere hours away again right? 😉
It’s time for NAILLinkup again. You can check out all the prompts on the poster below. Remember, the dates are just a guideline. You can also find more info about NAILLINKUP and the July prompts here.
This week the prompt is Metallic blue. I love a good metallic blue and it turns out I have quite a few of them too. I decided to go with a new one in my collection so let me show you that first.
OPI – Miss Piggy’s big number
This is 3 coats with no topcoat. Even though the colour is really beautiful and it applies easily, it was really sheer at first and needed 3 coats to become even. I also noticed tipwear really quickly but I suspect it has more to with the sheerness than the polish’s staying power. I really do like the end result though and the shimmery blue really pops. It’s beautiful. So let me show you what I did with it.
I decided to stamp on all my nails. I was considering changing up some of them but when I saw the plate I wanted to use I knew I had to use it on all my nails. I love this image and love the effect on all my nails. I used Pueen13 and Mundo de unas – black to stamp on all my nails and then topcaoted. Really simple and quick but I really liked it.
What do you think? Do you have this polish? What do you think of it? And don’t you love this image too? Don’t forget to check out the other Winter Warmers creations using the InLinkz goodie below.
