Are you having a good week so far? I am absolutely loving this cool weather so I am happy.
I wouldn’t say I am the biggest kitty fan ever but it’s so super cute who can resist right? In my last LuckyStarStyle order I picked up more Helly Kitty decals and I’ve been itching to use them for a while now. Of course it had to be combined with pink (yes, even though my camera doesn’t love pink) so this is what I did.
I started with Sinful Colors – Snow me white on my pinky and thumb and with a dotting tool I made black polka dots using Sinful Colors – Black on black. I used 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Fusion neon on my ring finger and waited for that to dry. Then I used 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Heartfelt on my middle and index fingers and waited for those to dry. Once they were all dry I applied the decals to my middle and ring finger and top coated. I also top coated my ring finger and then stuck on the bow from Born Pretty Store.
I also just realised the Kitty on my middle finger looks like it had a bit of a facelift on the one side. Oops. The bow I used on my ring finger isn’t necessarily very practical to wear for a very long time. If you use nail glue it will probably stick well but it will also hook on a bunch of stuff. So if the bow isn;t really your thing you could leave it plain or also do black polka dots on the neon pink. Here it is without the bow.
You could even draw a bow on it with black polish. What do you think? Does Hello Kitty look right at home? Have you used decals before? I really love the ones from LuckyStarStyle. They are so easy to use and come in a huge variety.

I must try not to hyperventilate, here, as I LOVE THESE!!! They have immediately gone onto my list to copy. 😉 I have a ton of Hello Kitty stickers from when Of Life and Lacquer and I went polish shopping and I raided a store of their entire selection, hahaha. I will use some of those and probably skip the bow for longevity’s sake, but will improvise something. 😉 The bow is perfect for Hello Kitty, though! ;P
Hahahaha. I really appreciate your excitement. It would be super cool to see yours. I agree about the bow. It looks pretty with but isn’t very long lasting!

This is freaking adorable!! I so badly want to use my bows but don’t think my boss will be too crazy about it and don’t want to just wear it for a weekend *sigh* First world nail art problems! Lol
