It’s weekend again. This week went a bit faster than last week at least. Not that I am wishing the time away. In fact, I wouldn’t mind a bit more time on my side. I am going to do my first parkrun this weekend too. I am a little afraid. If I am not back next week you know why. Don’t worry, my polishes will be allocated accordingly 😉
You all know by now one of my favourite places to buy nail art supplies is Born Pretty Store. I have another awesome stamping plate to show you. Their stamping plates just keep getting better and better with gorgeous designs. This plate is BP-74 and you can find it here (or click on the image)
The plate also comes with a blue protective film that needs to be removed before use
And they come with this super cute little envelope / holder to store in
I love butterflies and dragonflies so I couldn’t wait to use this plate. Let me show you what I did.
I started with 2 coats of piCture pOlish – Chillax on my index and middle. On my ring finger I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Glistening snow. On my pinky I started with 2 coats of Nubar – Noir. Once that was all dry I stamped on my index and middle using BP-74 and Born Pretty Store stamping polish in black. I then topcoated the stamping and Nubar – Noir leaving Glistening snow to have a bit of texture. And that was that.
This plate stamped so well. The images picked up and transferred beautifully and the images are quite big as well. My nails aren’t at their longest right now but the images were still plenty big enough. I also have a swatch of the polish to show you
piCture pOlish – Chillax
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. I am obsessed with this colour and the formula and opacity were amazing. It’s a greenish turquoise creme of perfection.
What do you think of the plate? Doesn’t it have the cutest images? It really stamps so well too. What do you think of the nail art I did?
