31DC2016 Day 01: Red nails

Hello lovelies,

Happy 1st of September!  Not only is today Spring day and the start of #31DC2016 but it’s also beautiful B‘s birthday!!  Happy birthday sweets.  I hope you have an epic epic day and I will see you later for leghumps!! So today this month long craziness starts.  Are you doing #31DC2016?

So, this is my third year of doing this challenge and every time when it ends I always think it’s my last time.  As soon as August rolls around though I am gathering ideas and planning my schedule to get cracking with the next year. So here we are again with the challenge for 2016.  I am going to try and keep the posts shortish.  Getting 31 posts out in 31 days doesn’t leave much for news and updates.  Here are the prompts.

It’s day 1, let’s get cracking with some red nails.

I started with 1 coat of Essence – I’m so very on my index, middle and pinky and left that to dry completely.  I had 2 coats of Essence – Red ahead on my ring finger.  Once everything was completely dry I did a sponged gradient using Essence – I’m so very, Essence – Do you speak love? and Essence – Red ahead. On my ring finger I stamped using BM607 and Mundo de unas – Reddish.  I topcoated and that was that.

What do you think? I’m a sucker for a gradient and you’ll probably find a ton of them in the next 31 days but I’m not afraid 😛
